Vectra Care comprises a team of trained and qualified engineers distributed across Chennai and Bangalore headed by a senior person in each location. This division takes care of warranty support for HCL and HP systems and post warranty support under maintenance contracts for any brand of computer systems. The accent in this service is on response time and having a very low downtime at customer locations. As part of out spares stocking strategy, Vectra Care has spares as recommended by the manufacturers to provide fast turnaround of spares. In addition, Vectra has an in- house Test and Repair service to repair subassemblies, thus ensuring good turn around on repairs. The Intent of this division is to provide a maximum turn around of 3 working days and downtime to less than 4%.
